2. Release of the Blocked Amounts

The amounts blocked in the account of the “foreign financial Institution’s Branch Under Establishment” are released upon a request presented to the Bank of Lebanon.

A transfer is allowed either to a credit current account opened in the name of the foreign financial institution’s branch at the Bank of Lebanon or to any other account opened in its name at any other bank or banks.
